Nourish and retore your mind, body and SPIRIT this Halloween season! Join us for this full moon yoga class for thrills, chills and a mysteriously kooky and spooky fun time!
Warm up your body with a Halloween inspired sequence of poses linking breath with movement. Then relax into restorative poses while being bathed in a sound bath with a variety of different instruments to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. At the end of class during corpse pose/savasana you’ll be smudged with the smoke of sage to cleanse the body, mind and spirit from all negative energy.
